What a day! WODfest put 48 two-person teams to a four-workout challenge Saturday in Navarre. Overcast skies kept temperatures down, as these athletes competed inside and outside the CrossFit Navarre gym.
This event was sponsored by local business and created by CrossFit in Navarre . It is held once a year and brings in competitors from Florida and several states outside of Florida.
The entrance fee to enter covered event expenses ,T-shirts, prizes and the rest went to a suicide prevention organization.
