On May 13, 2018 Michael Magnum (24) was the driver of a Polaris RZR (Side-by-Side) that was traveling northbound on Springdale Drive in Santa Rosa County. Mr. Magnum subsequently lost control of the vehicle and crashed with two juvenile passengers. A traffic crash investigation was initiated and Mr. Magnum was charged with the following charges and booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail. The investigation is on-going and additional charges are possible.
1. DUI Serious Bodily Injury (Felony)
2. Contributing to the Delinquency/Minor(Misdemeanor)
3. Serving Alcohol /Minor (Misdemeanor)
4. Violation of Traffic Control Device (Infraction)
