The Florida Highway Patrol request assistance of the public in the investigation of a Hit and Run crash that involved one fatality. The crash occurred on May 6th 2018 at 4:30 pm on U.S. Highway 98 in Okaloosa Island near Pier Rd. The vehicle involved in the crash was a green 1998 Honda CRV that was traveling east on U.S. Highway 98 towards Destin and was later located at the Emerald Grand in Destin. We seek anyone that may have witnessed the crash or the driver with the vehicle at the Emerald Grand in Destin.
