An event is coming up on Sunday April 9th at 1pm at the fire station on Navarre Beach. The Navarre Beach Fire dept has teamed up with Uplift Fitness to put on a Firefighter challenge. We have about 20 women who will be completing 5-6 training stations that will challenge them both physically and mentally. Special event t-shirts will be available to purchase for $20 with all proceeds going to Emerald Coast Exceptional Families. We also are having small activities for the children.
