FOLLOWING PURSUIT FOUR ARRESTED

Word that several individuals could be planning retaliation against a teen who was shot twice in one week led to an attempted traffic stop overnight that resulted in a high speed chase and four arrests.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office received word from a witness that a white Grand Marquis with multiple individuals inside was driving around areas where 18-year old Dion’te Wingate is known to frequent. Wingate escaped serious injury in a shooting at a car wash November 23rd and signed a drop charges form against the suspect in that case, however the OCSO filed weapons related charges against 23-year old Tory Banks for discharging a firearm during the commission of a felony and carrying a concealed weapon. Last Friday Wingate turned up at FWBMC with a gunshot wound to his finger, but refused to provide any information to deputies.
Around one a.m. this morning, while investigating calls of shots fired in the area around Bob Sikes Boulevard, deputies saw a white Grand Marquis drive past the scene slowly with four individuals inside.
When deputies attempted contact, the driver fled to Racetrack Road and then through Shalimar, reaching speeds of nearly 100 miles per hour. The car drove onto the Eglin Armament Museum property and under large airplanes, eventually stopping after being surrounded and boxed in. There were no injuries and no property damage.
A search of the vehicle turned up digital scales, marijuana, and 3 firearms (2 reported stolen). Those arrested are:
Jazmaine Shipman
27-year old Jazmaine Shipman – charged with carrying a concealed weapon, grand theft of a firearm, and possession of  marijuana.
Maleak Bradshaw
19-year old Maleak Bradshaw – charged with carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, grand theft of a firearm, and possession of drug
paraphernalia.
Donte Orr
The driver of the car, 24-year old Donte Orr – charged with fleeing and eluding at high speed and driving without a license.
Sebastian Orr
22-year old Sebastian Orr – charged with possession of a concealed firearm.
Navarre Newspaper reminds our readers that Sebastian Orr, Donte Orr, Maleak Bradshaw and Jazmaine Shipman are presumed innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
