
At approximately 1138 a.m. Tuesday E41, E45, CH40, NBFD L49, CH49, MFD E37, BC35 and Florosa E5 were dispatched for a reported structure fire on Truman St. E41/C was first due, and was confronted with heavy fire from the front of the residence.
Crews made an aggressive interior attack and kept the fire from spreading further into the home. Two pets were quickly removed from the residence. Unfortunately, neither survived the blaze. Also assisting on scene was Lifeguard EMS Med 2, Santa Rosa Sheriff Office and Gulf Power. Red Cross was contacted to assist the displaced residents.
