Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court Donald Spencer has established a Collections Department in the Clerk’s office. The Collections Department is managed by Cindy Edmonds. If your driver license has been suspended for non-payment of Court Fees, the Clerk’s office will reinstate your driver license upon either payment in full or upon entering a Partial Payment agreement. You may enter a Partial Payment agreement by paying a $25.00 one-time processing fee and a $100.00 down payment. Then your license will be reinstated. It is that simple. You can sign up at either the Courthouse in Milton, or at the South End Service Center at 5841 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL.
