What happened last Friday in Pensacola Naval Air Station is devastating but we do not let this tragedy put us in fear. The evil Islamic terrorist who did this wanted us to be in fear. “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7
Naval Station’s gun restrictions didn’t stop shooter but did stop sailors from arming themselves
The Law Enforcement officers who rushed in the building, stopped the gunman with a GUN and saved many lives. They are true heroes and I am thankful for our law enforcement for risking their lives to protect our Military servants in Pensacola.
This sad day in Northwest Florida shows that it’s time to finally stop the leftist era of no armed military on our military bases. The enemy should know that if they intrude on our soil they will face our bullets, and the last place they can perform an assault is on our US military base.
Unfortunately, it took a terrible tragedy of last Friday for our leaders to understand that.
Our 2nd Amendment Rights have been dramatically infringed upon. Many of you know that I and my team have started a “Second Amendment Rights” Campaign to declare Santa Rosa County a “Pro Second Amendment Sanctuary”. I am honored to see that our efforts had been heard and we are getting closer to our victory in protecting our Constitutional Rights to Bear Arms.
Now I ask our County Commissioners to come and stand with me and our fellow citizens and DECLARE SANTA ROSA COUNTY A ‘PRO SECOND AMENDMENT SANCTUARY” to assure our Constitutional God-given Rights are not being trampled upon!
The Commissioners moved the item to Thursday without objecting.
