John Justice age 55 is in Santa Rosa County Jail with $15,000 bond. The charges are second degree felony arson and battery.
Two sheds were set on fire next to The Feed Bucket off 87 in Navarre.
Justice was staying with friends in a house trailer located behind The Feed Bucket.
Last Friday night Justice was asked to leave the house trailer he was staying at after getting into a argument with one of the occupants. Not to long after being asked to leave is when the two sheds became ablaze.
It was determined by the investigator who is a State Fire Marshall that the fires were set by Justice according to the SRSO arrest report.
The two sheds were worth over $7,000.
