According to a arrest report Sean Michael Allen age 44 from Navarre exposed himself to a child and touched her inappropriately. According to a statement from the victim to deputies this happened several times when she was between the ages of 6 and 7.
Allen has been charged with sexually assaulting a child and lewd lascivious behavior.
Allen was booked in to Santa Rosa County Jail on June 16. There is a $1,050,000 bond. As of now he is currently still in jail.
