Last night a woman from Navarre passed away due to injuries sustained in a vehicle crash that happened September 25 in Pensacola according to a Florida Highway patrol report..
On September 25, 2021 at 11:43 AM Central Standard Time a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling eastbound on Beverly Parkway, approaching Burlington Avenue in Pensacola,FL. The Chevy swerved into oncoming traffic, and its front collided with the front of a westbound Ford Escape.
The driver of the Ford Escape, a Navarre woman age 38 was transported to a local hospital, where she did not survive.
The driver of the Chevrolet, Randall McBride was arrested on scene for DUI with serious bodily injury and reckless driving with serious bodily injury. Additional charges are pending according to Florida Highway Patrol report.
The identification of the woman from Navarre has not been released by the Florida Highway Patrol.
