
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) — The Florida Department of Education has extended school closures through at least May 1 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Tim Wyrosdick, Superintendent of Schools announced an important update for parents, students and employees. In conference with the Commissioner of Education and under the advisement of the CDC, schools will be closed until May 1, 2020. Wyrosdick added we will continue to provide instructional resources to students through both instructional packets and virtual resources. Thank you for your continued patience as we deal with a response to the COVID -19 virus.
