Last night a pedestrian was struck and died at 98 and Constitution. This took place in the East bound lane.
The FHP has not issued an official report.
Drivers passing by afterwards have reported seeing a baby carriage on the side of the road. We have no conformation from FHP if there was a baby involved.
A FHP report is expected latter on today.
UPDATE :
The FHP has released the name of the pedestrian Ellen Williams, 52, of Navarre.
Williams was pronouced dead at the scene. There was no baby in the carriage.
