A lifelong conservative and the owner of Father and Son Pest and Lawn Solutions, Orth built this thriving business from the ground up, with nothing being handed to him.  Strong Christian values, hard work and a love for the community created Skip Orth the successful businessman and now the candidate.  As a former pastor for 7 years, Orth has a servant’s heart, and now it’s time for the next chapter of his desired drive to serve the community.

According to Orth, “I am running because I really know the needs of the voters and I want to be their voice in Tallahassee.  Whether it is their power bills, or the quality of life of our community; now is the time to continue the tradition of strong leadership in Tallahassee.”

In a recent survey conducted by the Listener Group, Orth was in a statistical dead heat with opponent Mariya Calkins.
