State Attorney Ginger Bowden Madden announced that on October 5, 2021, a Santa Rosa County Grand Jury indicted Bree Kristen Kuhn for the First-Degree Premeditated Murder of her husband, Collin Turner. On September 8, 2021, law enforcement responded to the residence, and found Mr. Turner with apparent gunshot wounds. Mr. Turner was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation and arrest were conducted by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office. Bree Kuhn is set for an arraignment on October 7, 2021.
Bree Kristen Kuhn has been in SRC jail since September 9, 2021.
