This morning General Manager Tom Poling retired from the Navarre McDonald’s store.
Tom started working for McDonalds in May ,1984. For 36 years Tom has dedicated his life to providing positive leadership and mentoring to many high school students who are grateful for their first job expierence.
In the fast food business not to many employees stay at the same location for long. Navarre has four managers who have worked for Tom for over 19 years.
The Navarre store has been awarded Outstanding Restaurant award 6 times and Tom received the prestigious Ray Kroc Award in 2015. 1% of managers world wide received that award and one of them was Tom Poling.
Navarre Newspaper congratulates Tom as he enjoys a well deserved retirement.
