Brandi Nacole Harper, 38, has been arrested for capital sexual battery and her boyfriend, John David McKenzie, 35, has been charged with 10 counts child pornography. Harper and McKenzie resided at Cherry St in Jay,Florida.
Both are in custody at Santa Rosa County Jail. Harper has no bond and Mckenzie has $75,000 bond.
Harper is facing two life terms which is the maximum sentence for each charge. McKenzie is facing a maximum sentence of 15 years for each charge.
According to SRSO arrest reports male and female children under the age of 8 were in the photos and or videos.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
