In two separate incidences over the weekend a 71-year-old man from Minnesota on Saturday drowned near Fort Pickens area and on Sunday and 62-year-old man from Pensacola drowned near Johnson Beach.
Rip currents were the cause are both men’s drownings. CPR was performed on both men and both men were pronounced dead at Baptist Hospital.
