Holley-Navarre Water Systems customers will see a increase of 17.5 % for their water and sewer service bill starting May 1.
The board voted Tuesday night to increase the current cost to customers due to higher cost to obtain water from their supplier and to fund a five year capital improvement plan.
Board members Daryl Lynchard and James Calkins voted against the increase.
