On Saturday ,September 5, 2020 the longest boat parade in the World took place. With over 1,300 registered boaters. This took place at 12 pm around the Pritchard Point area of the sound in Navarre, Florida and concluded under the Navarre bridge that provides automobiles access to Navarre beach.
The previous World record has been held by a boat parade of 1,180 held in Terengganu, Malaysia set in September of 2014.
The video was recorded by Randy Meredith and only represents the first hour of the entire boat parade.There was one boat towed away from the parade at the bridge due to problems and they did not count in the final record breaking number that will be verified by parade organizers next week
