Navarre Beach Flying Double Red Flags
Double red flags, closing the water to swimming, are flying at Navarre Beach due to extremely hazardous conditions caused by weather currently moving through the area. Visitors and residents should not enter the surf due to the life threatening conditions. Lifeguards are on duty from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will warn beach goers, however, they may not be able to enter the water to save those ignoring the flag warnings. Flags indicating the beach conditions are posted daily at each Navarre Beach public access area.
