A Navarre beach home on the Gulf was being used as a weekend party pad by a couple from Ft. Walton.
The only problem was they were not the owners nor did they rent the home.
On April 20 Regina Lynn Brickey age 45 and Lawrence Joesph Lawrence Rieger age 39 of Magnolia St. Ft. Walton were booked in to Santa County Jail.
Both were charged with Damage property-criminal mischief and burglary. Both were released on April 21. Bond 7,500 each.
A surveillance video helped investigators to identify the two suspects.
The owner of the property lives out of state and their rental company discovered that someone was in the home . A three week investigation lead to the arrest of the two suspects.
Navarre Newspaper reminds our readers that Regina Lynn Brickey age 45 and Lawrence Joesph Rieger age 39 are innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
