In last nights board meeting two important steps were taken by the current board of the Holley-Navarre Water System.
There is a hiring freeze and that includes not replacing any current employee who decides to quit.
And a recommendation to reject any rate increase which was brought to the board by James Calkins a board member. The board may look at this sometime next year.
